What data we process

• name, phone number and e-mail,
• pick-up and destination addresses, date and time of the ride, flight number,
• number of passengers, luggage, child seat requests and notes for the driver,
• for corporate clients, billing details and promo code.

Why we process it

We need the data to handle your booking, confirm the ride by text message or e-mail, communicate with the driver and issue a receipt or invoice. The legal basis is the performance of a contract and compliance with legal obligations, such as accounting.

How long we keep it

We keep booking data while the ride is being handled and afterwards only as long as the law requires, for example for accounting records.

Who receives it

We do not sell your data. Only our drivers and dispatch have access to it as needed for the ride, together with our web hosting and e-mail provider and our accountant.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object. Just write to info@flytaxi.sk. You can also lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
